General Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the hhnd website and all associated services. By accessing or using the hhnd platform, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

hhnd reserves the right to verify any user's account at any time and to suspend it if necessary, without requiring a reason.

Opening & Registering an Account

To open an account at hhnd, you must complete the registration process with accurate and complete information. Each individual may open only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, those accounts may be closed and any accumulated bonuses or winnings may be voided.

When creating an account, you must choose a strong password and keep it confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

Identity Verification (KYC)

hhnd reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time when required. As part of this process, the following documents may be requested:

• National ID Card (NID) or Passport
• Bank account or mobile banking verification (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay)
• Proof of current address

Withdrawals may be placed on hold until identity verification is complete. hhnd reserves the right to close any account opened on the basis of false information and to seize any associated funds.

Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by emailing [email protected]. It is your responsibility to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

hhnd may close or suspend any account for the following reasons: breach of Terms, fraud or dishonest conduct, evidence of cheating, being underage, or legal requirements.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, additional time may be required in the following circumstances:

• Identity verification may be required for first-time withdrawals.
• Additional security checks are carried out for large withdrawal amounts.
• Delays may occur due to operational issues on the part of banking authorities.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Bonus wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing — otherwise only the original deposited amount is eligible for withdrawal.

Welcome Bonus

hhnd offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• If you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
• If you deposit ৳18,000, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 — giving a total balance of ৳26,000.

Wagering requirements must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount — for example: a ৳1,000 bonus requires a total of ৳25,000 in bets. Note that wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

If the wagering requirements are not met within the specified period after receiving the bonus, the bonus and any winnings derived from it may be voided.

General Bonus Rules

The following general rules apply to all hhnd bonuses and promotions:

• Each promotion may be used only once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to any other account.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless hhnd explicitly permits it.
• Any bonus obtained by exploiting system errors or technical issues will be voided.
• hhnd reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• hhnd reserves the right to void bonuses and suspend accounts if fraud is suspected.

• Service interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters, war, or government restrictions.

hhnd always strives to provide a safe and reliable service, but it is not possible to guarantee that any service will be completely uninterrupted or free from errors.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the hhnd website and platform — logos, graphics, text, software, design — is the exclusive property of hhnd. Copying, modifying, distributing, or using any part of this content for commercial purposes without written permission is prohibited.
